Guest access

You will have full access to the property you have rented, including all its amenities, as well as your own private patio. Additionally, at the back of the building, there is a shared garden, known as the back garden, which you are welcome to use along with other residents of the building.

Please note that access to this shared garden is limited to the number of guests registered in your booking, up to the maximum capacity of the property. The garden is not intended for gatherings, parties, or any other events—it is simply a quiet space where you can step outside for some fresh air.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect noise levels, avoid loud conversations, and refrain from playing music. There are two other apartments on the ground floor, so we ask all guests to be considerate and maintain a respectful atmosphere for all residents.
