All bedrooms include a wardrobe, with two also featuring chest of drawers. Each bedroom is furnished with a UK king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, large mirror, and big window. The shared bathroom also has a bath with an overhead shower. A separate WC is available in the corridor.

Kitchen, Dining & Living Space

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The open-plan dining area sits centrally, while the living room offers two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV.

Laundry & Storage

A storage area near the kitchen houses a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

Outdoor Space

Guests can enjoy a shared garden at the back of the building, perfect for fresh air and relaxation.

Guest access

You will have full access to the property you have rented, including all its amenities. Additionally, at the back of the building, there is a shared garden accessible to all residents of the building.

Please note that access to this area is limited to the number of guests registered in your booking, up to the maximum capacity of the property. The garden is not intended for gatherings, parties, or any other events. It is simply a quiet space where you can step outside for some fresh air.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect noise levels, avoid loud conversations, and refrain from playing music. There are three apartments on the ground floor, and we want to maintain a respectful atmosphere for all residents.
