Private Outdoor Space & Garden Access

One of the bedrooms in this property has access to a small outdoor space, which you are welcome to use. This area is suitable for smoking and enjoying some fresh air.

Please note that while this space overlooks a garden at the back of the building, it is not directly accessible from the flat. However, you can access the garden from inside the building—simply go through the corridor, and at the end, you will find a door that leads to the garden.

Guest access

You will have full access to the property you have rented, including all its amenities. Additionally, at the back of the building, there is a shared garden accessible to all residents of the building.

Please note that access to this area is limited to the number of guests registered in your booking, up to the maximum capacity of the property. The garden is not intended for gatherings, parties, or any other events. It is simply a quiet space where you can step outside for some fresh air.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect noise levels, avoid loud conversations, and refrain from playing music. There are two other apartments on the ground floor, and we want to maintain a respectful atmosphere for all residents.
