Guest access

You will have full access to the property you have rented, including all its amenities. Additionally, at the back of the building, there is a shared garden accessible to all residents of the building.

Please note that access to this area is limited to the number of guests registered in your booking, up to the maximum capacity of the property. The garden is not intended for gatherings, parties, or any other events. It is simply a quiet space where you can step outside for some fresh air.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect noise levels, avoid loud conversations, and refrain from playing music. There are three apartments on the ground floor, and we want to maintain a respectful atmosphere for all residents.
