Guest access

Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay, including the bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette.

The building features secure access, so you can enter and leave at your convenience. With self check-in, you can arrive smoothly at any time, whether early in the day or late at night.

Our friendly guest support team is available every day from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM to help you before and during your stay.

If you have any questions, need assistance with the apartment, or are looking for recommendations on where to eat, visit, or explore, we're just a message away. We strive to reply as quickly as possible to make sure your stay is seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable.

5: For last-minute bookings, there may occasionally be a slight delay in check-in if the cleaning team requires additional time to prepare the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated if this applies.
