We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own apartments with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what's pictured but we always maintain the same high standard of the furniture and interiors in general.

Just to clarify, the property does not have a traditional air conditioning (AC) unit. Instead, it has a cooling system, which functions slightly differently.

The system helps regulate the temperature by recycling air to keep the flat cooler, especially during warmer periods. It doesn’t blow cold air like a typical AC, but it works to maintain a comfortable temperature over time.

Please note: the system also prioritizes hot water. If multiple or long showers are taken, it may temporarily reduce the cooling function to ensure hot water is available. Once the hot water demand decreases, the cooling will resume automatically.
